Stonehouse Community Council

Are normally held on the 3rd Monday of each month with the exception of July and are open to all members of the public.

Currently all community council meetings are suspended due to Covid 19 Pandemic following guidance provided by South Lanarkshire council and the amended South Lanarkshire Scheme for community councils. Scheme-for-the-Establishment-of-Community-Councils-2020.pdf. Virtual meetings are being used by the committee to agree on decisions.

Whilst the local lifestyles hall has re-opened the community council still feel that Covid 19 is virulent in the village and it is prudent to hold back on public meetings . As soon as the community council feel that it is safe to re-start public meetings we will organise meetings and have open debate on items relating to the village.
