ADDITIONAL PHARMACY PUBLIC CONSULTATION

An application has been made to open an additional pharmacy practice within the village and part of the process is a public consultation with the community council and the community. A survey form has been posted on line to allow everyone with access to the internet to complete. For those with no access the community council will make available hard copies to be completed and returned to the Health Board by 13th July 2020. completed forms can also be passed back to the community council who will forward to the health board.
