Death of village stalwart

It is with great sadness that we have just heard that one of our village stalwarts Mr Andrew Clark died this morning.
Andrew was a past Chairman of the Community Council and even after retiring he was a faithfull attendee and regular contributer.
He liked nothing better than a good going debate where everyone could excercise their point of view.
He was active in many aspects of our village, Bowling Club, Senior Citizens to name but some.
He will be missed and our thoughts and prayers are extend to his wife and family.
No funeral details are known.
