TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO USE OF ROAD

Notice is hereby given that under Section 1(1), 2 (1) and 3 and part IV of Section 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, that a no parking, no loading and no waiting restriction will be in place for the dates shown on the following road.

Name of Road:   Millheugh Road, Stonehouse

Between: Low Kittymuir at Plotcock road and Glassford

Period of Restriction:  8am on 28 February 2023 until 5pm on 1 March 2023

Reason for Restriction:   To allow BT to replace poles

 Classes of Vehicles Restricted:

  All vehicles except emergency service vehicles and those involved in the works.
