Community Council Elections

South Lanarkshire Council have notified the current community council of forthcoming elections to be held on 28th October 2014. At midnight on 27th October 2014 the exisiting community council will be disbanded , a  new scheme for Community councils will also be introduced following the formation of a new community council.

Nomination forms are available from the community council liason office Margaret Armstrong 01698 453661 or via email margaret.armstrong@southlanarkshire.gov.uk. for those who wish to be nominated to serve on the community council
